Why the numbers hold up
Every figure names its source, so the other side can check it.
Your site’s soil, not a regional guess
Rain stops work; wet ground keeps it stopped, and how long depends on what the site is made of. We pull the USDA NRCS map unit at your coordinates and print its name. Most analyses assume clay — on a well-drained site that overstates the number, which is how a claim gets thrown out.
The weather station is named
Observations come from NOAA’s Global Historical Climatology Network — US Government public-domain data. Reports state the station, how far it sits from your jobsite, and how complete its record is. Nobody has to take a figure on trust.
Beating the average isn’t the test
An average is exceeded roughly half the time — a competent opposing expert will say so. Abnormality is measured against the baseline mean plus one standard deviation, with the exceedance count and full ten-year distribution printed.
It reports negatives
When a period sits inside the normal range, the report says so plainly and shows the distribution that proves it. A tool that always finds a claim is one the other side can discredit in a single question.

Every report shows its work
We name the exact NOAA weather station behind every number, how far it sits from your jobsite, and what percentage of the days it actually reported. Sourced from the NOAA National Centers for Environmental Information — U.S. Government public domain data, the same record a GC's scheduler or an attorney would pull themselves.
If the data is thin for your site, the report says so. We would rather tell you than have it found in a dispute.
